Enjoyed your chat! Since I was diagnosed with cancer I have been trying to avoid processed foods such as my Turkey sandwich. I eat mostly a salad for lunch with hummus and pita chips. When I am wanting something sweet at work I eat a small piece of my dark chocolate or a few grapes. I also like Greek yogurt with pecans and sometimes a half of banana in it. Look forward to next chat.
