It’s Mediterranean Monday again guys! Today, I am sharing on of my favorite recipes, Parmesan Mushrooms!
This recipe is a family favorite for cookouts! When you make these on the grill, you can put them in a aluminum plan and cover in foil.
This are great as a side dish or to fill a pita!
In the picture above, you can see how much olive oil to add to the pan. I filled it to where it covered about half of the head of the mushroom.
If you don’t like parmesan, any white cheese will do. I just think parmesan really adds a great flavor.
When they come out of the oven, they should melt in your mouth. If they are not soft enough, return them to the oven for a 5 more minutes.
Also a great add on for a hamburger or hotdog!
I like recipes that require few ingredients and common ingredients!
I hate when I find a recipe, but to make it, I would have to spend over $20 on spices! This is why I always try to make the simplest recipe that tastes amazing!
