So weird thing – before this whole Coronavirus thing, I was not doing great. I was so stressed, and I was picking apart every habit I had.
I would be critical of what I ate every day, and how much I worked out. My self-talk was extremely negative, and I was tired all the time.
And in the beginning of the stay at home orders, all of that stayed the same. But there was a turning point. When I started focusing on my health and following the guideline of the Always Eat After 7 PM book, I started to feel a lot happier.
For starters, after I got into the swing of things, I was seeing results – and that was putting me in a much better mood. The motivation I gained from sticking to something while sitting at home all day was incredible.
If I can do this now, I can do this whenever. I was literally in a home full of snacks, and I was making healthy choices every day.
Then, I had so much more energy because the food I was giving my body was meant to uplift it.
“Your brain will release the neurotransmitters and hormones that will help you regulate your hormones and burn more stored fat each day. You don’t have to be burdened with trying to eat every few hours. With intermittent fasting, dieting becomes much easier to adhere to and the benefits are remarkable.”

My mom has already lost 6 pounds, and she loves it because they have an actual meal plan. She likes to do things by the book.
Our favorite recipe from the book is a banana ice cream with cherries and chocolate. It’s definitely something I am making more of during the summer months.
